2025 feels like a turning point in my work as a generative AI artist. Over the past year, I moved far beyond the early experiment phase and into something closer to a real production pipeline. My new 2025 AI demo reel is the result of that shift. The reel includes custom ComfyUI workflows, LoRA trained characters, image to video systems, text to video tests, motion sequences, ad concepts, projection mapping, and a large amount of R&D.
Beyond polished visuals, the reel represents the evolution of my entire workflow. I am combining my background in game development, technical art, and VFX with the newest generative tools. This helps me create cinematic AI sequences that feel intentional and production ready. Each shot comes from workflows I built myself. They include dataset creation, LoRA training, multi model pipelines, refiners, upscalers, and camera driven motion systems.
Many people first discovered my work through early DJ visuals. This new chapter is more technical, more controlled, and more cinematic. The focus has shifted from novelty to toolchain.
When I first explored generative AI, my projects focused on psychedelic visuals, projection shows, and immersive art. These early pieces were fun and experimental. Over time, I wanted more control, consistency, and predictability. I wanted a process that behaved more like the pipelines I knew from game development and visual effects.
In 2024, I started building structured systems instead of single shot outputs. My new goal was to produce consistent characters, multi shot sequences, controllable motion, and assets suitable for real production work.
Everything in this 2025 AI demo reel fits inside a larger technical pipeline. I created custom ComfyUI graphs that blend open source models with proprietary APIs. I trained LoRAs that keep characters consistent across scenes. I designed image to video workflows that maintain real camera movement rather than random animation artifacts.
This shift transformed my work. It moved from trippy visuals into a production ready generative AI pipeline built for ads, music videos, VFX concepts, and commercial storytelling.
The 2025 AI demo reel is built on a fully customized ComfyUI workflow system. I spent the past year creating modular node graphs in Comfy UI that support text to image, image to image, and image to video pipelines. These workflows give me precise control over motion, detail, and final output quality.
To build these shots, I relied on the newest open source models, including Qwen Image, Qwen Edit, Flux, and Z-Image. These tools allowed for fine detail, iterative editing, and flexible composition. Motion generation came from the WAN family of tools. WAN 2.1 and WAN 2.2 created my core image to video sequences. WAN Animate and WAN Humo supported stylized motion, atmosphere, and complex transitions.
A large part of this reel also comes from advanced image to video systems inside ComfyUI. I used these tools to control movement, pacing, and camera behavior across entire sequences. First frame to last frame techniques helped at times, but they remained a small part of a much larger workflow that included stabilization and multi pass refinement.
For example, the music video No Mercy shows this process clearly. I produced the track in Suno and then used WAN 2.2, WAN Humo, and WAN Animate to create the full video. Each shot came from an iterative pipeline that blended stills, motion tools, and scene building techniques.
For me, modern generative production is about pipelines, not single prompts. I combine Qwen based edits, WAN driven motion, and ComfyUI systems into a workflow that supports ads, music videos, motion design, and experimental VFX.
A small but useful part of my process appears briefly in the demo reel. I use n8n to automate sections of my generative pipeline. This lets me trigger a full production sequence by sending a message to my Telegram bot.
Inside this workflow, an image of a person and a product is used as the starting point. The system reads a simple instruction such as “have her sitting in a hotel room talking about this product.” Next, n8n generates a new image, writes a script, renders the video using image to video tools, and sends the completed result back to Telegram.
Although automation is not the main focus of the reel, it demonstrates how AI based content creation can adapt to different production needs. It does show how AI content creation becomes faster and more flexible when paired with automation, messaging tools, and modular pipelines.
Overall, the 2025 AI demo reel shows where my work is heading. Right now, I am building full generative production pipelines that use text to image, image to image, and image to video systems inside custom ComfyUI workflows. My process includes Qwen based editing, WAN motion tools, and original music.
Each project in this reel came from technical testing, iteration, and a focus on what AI can do when used with intention.
