Working with Bass Temple has been a rewarding and creatively stimulating experience. Known for her deep, bass-heavy sound and cosmic melodic loops, Bass Temple’s music creates an immersive journey, making her an up-and-coming force in the Denver bass music scene. Our collaboration included producing a visually captivating music video for her unreleased track, “Boom,” where I used AI-generated animations to bring a trippy, mystical feel to the visuals. The video reflects her style by blending flowing patterns and abstract forms that complement the powerful bass and spiritual themes of her music.

In addition to the music video, I also created several VJ clips for Bass Temple, which she uses in her live performances. These visuals add an ethereal layer to her sets, elevating the audience’s experience.

Boom Music Video

For the “Boom” music video, I used Deforum to create AI-driven animations, carefully syncing the visuals to the rhythm and mood of the track. The video features mystical and psychedelic elements that resonate with the spiritual tone of Bass Temple’s music, providing a holistic sensory experience. This collaboration gave me the chance to explore deeper atmospheric visual styles, pushing the boundaries of AI-generated art.

Bass Temple, a producer and DJ originally from the Big Island of Hawaii, has become a prominent figure in Denver’s bass music scene. She brings a unique sound characterized by deep bass and cosmic melodies, weaving them into seamless sets that transport listeners to a high-vibrational state. Her journey began in Hawaii, where she was a resident DJ at Out the Box, the longest-running bass music event on the island. Since relocating to Denver, she has performed at iconic venues and festivals, sharing stages with artists like CloZee, Jantsen, Defunk, and Wreckno.

Technologies Used

For this project, I employed Deforum, a cutting-edge AI tool that allowed me to generate fluid, synchronized animations. Every visual was created to match the evolving soundscape of “Boom,” making the final product a seamless fusion of audio and visuals.
